Fire Prevention through Education, Engineering & Enforcement

The Middlesex County Fire Prevention & Protection Association was established by local fire prevention code officials in the 1960's and was expanded to include construction code officials in 1977.

We are comprised of Fire Marshals, Fire Inspectors, Fire Subcode Officials, Fire Protection Inspectors, Arson Investigators, individuals and companies in the construction and fire protection fields, firefighters, fire safety educators, appointed or elected officials, and private citizens currently certified or licensed as an official or inspector.

Our main objective is to provide a mechanism for networking and sharing of information on fire safety and fire protection. We are the county level focus for the dissemination of fire safety information to all interested parties and active in the legislative and regulatory processes.

In addition to networking with our members throughout the county we are an active Chapter of the New Jersey Fire Prevention & Protection Association.
